The Sox swept the 2-game series with Sylvan Lake Sunday Afternoon!

For the second day in the row the Sox came from behind and won with the same score as in game 1. The Sox leave Sylvan Lake with two 7-4 come from behind wins. With the win the Sox have won 6 games in a row and now lead the East Division with a 13-5 record.

Justin Carinci was named the Player of the Game after going 3 for 4 with 3 RBI and was crucial in the Sox scoring 4 runs in the top of the 9th inning. Glenn Noronha was two for 4 along with Jackson Syring. Jackson Romero, Matthew Fox and Jalen Meyers chipped in with singles.

Starter Brendon Gutierrez (1.72 era) pitched 6 strong innings allowing 4 hits and 2 runs. He struck out 7 batters.  Vittoria Iacobucci pitched the 7th inning allowing a run on 2 hits and Brandon Rice earned the win in relief pitching the 8th and 9th innings allowing 1 run on 4 hits.

The Sox have 2 days off before playing in Weyburn Wednesday Night!
