The Sox rolled into Moose Jaw and left with a 4-3 win over the Millers tonight. Both teams pitched well resulting in a 2-hour baseball game at Ross Wells Park.

The Red Sox only needed 2 pitchers to seal the win. Starter Holden Hungerford pitched very well throwing 7 2/3 innings allowing 6 hits and 3 runs along the way. Holden struck out 10 Moose Jaw batters. Hungerford allowed two runs in his last inning of work as Moose Jaw tied the game 3-3. Tyler Fortin earned the win in relief as the Sox scored what turned out to be the winning run in the top of the 9th inning.

The 9th inning started with Matthew Fox getting on reaching 1B on an error by the third baseman. Fox then stole 2nd base setting the table for Justin Carinci who hit a double to Right/Centerfield scoring Fox.

Offensively Regina had 2 hit nights from Justin Carinci (2 for 4 w/ game wining RBI), Justin Syring (2 for 5 w/2 RBI), Deigo Aragon (2 for 4).

Regina had a total of 8 hits in the game.
